MARQUEE SPACE RENTAL

You may rent space for messages and birthday wishes on the Fox marquee. This is a great way to spread the word. Letter sizes vary but you can usually plan on 39 to 40 letters per line. To place your message request, contact John at (308) 345-4534 or mail to John Hubert, 901 Sunset Rd, McCook, NE 69001. Full payment must be received prior to the posting of the message on the marquee. We accept cash or check. We are not able to accept credit or debit cards at this time.

The Keystone is next door to the Fox and may be rented by arrangement with the Economic Development Corporation if additional space should be needed for your event!

AVAILABLE FACILITY AMENITIES

Stage Lighting can provide a general wash of the stage area. There currently is limited overhead lighting available.  Stage and Loading Dock at ground level from south entrance. One spotlight is available from the balcony level Audio-Visual presentations accommodated Climate-controlled in summer and winter. Two dressing rooms with restrooms are located downstairs directly under the stage with their own climate control. Over 700 seats on two levels with excellent visibility from all locations.

RENTING

Inquiries regarding the booking of an event at the Fox are welcomed. In order to book an event, renting groups may fill out the Rental Application Form available on this site and submit it along with the required deposit to the theatre manager at the Fox. The rental fees are broke out into two categories and all fees are subject to change without prior notification.

Groups may rent the facility and any equipment or furniture available. It is the policy of the Fox Board of Directors that renting groups or individuals may supply only equipment or furniture that is required for production or cannot be supplied by the Fox. Renting groups or individuals shall supply all perishable items for production of events. Unless otherwise arranged, the renting group or individual shall be responsible for all expenses related to the event, including production (technicians, equipment, furniture, etc.), advertising, hospitality, and transportation. All subsequent charges are due at the end of the performance, or within 14 days of the event, provided the group has made appropriate arrangements.

All groups using the Fox Theatre are required to abide by the guidelines set forth in the Rental Agreement as applied to the event. It is suggested that groups of individuals contact the Fox as far in advance as possible for the best availability.

EVENTS HOSTED BY THE FOX

The Fox manager's responsibilities include increasing opportunities for the community to enjoy educational and entertaining events. In order to accomplish this, the manager will be able to provide assistance in planning your Fox event.

The Operations and Events Committee consists of volunteers who are knowledgeable in the workings of the Fox and are willing to assist in making your event flow smoothly. They may also assist the manager in scouting and booking professional artists to perform or display their art at the Fox. Artists are welcome to use the Professional Contract available on this site and submit it to the booking manager in order to book the Fox for an event.
